How do I install my eSIM?
On iPhone, tap "Install on iPhone" on your order page, or scan the QR code from Settings โ†’ Cellular โ†’ Add eSIM. On Android: Settings โ†’ Network & Internet โ†’ Add SIM โ†’ scan the QR code. Follow our step-by-step installation guide.
When should I install it?
We recommend installing it before you travel, while connected to Wi-Fi, and switching it on when you land. Installing early does not use any of your plan validity.
When does my plan start?
Your plan validity starts when your eSIM first connects to a network in the destination country โ€” not when you buy or install it.
How can I check my remaining data?
Go to My Account โ†’ Orders โ†’ open your order to see the Data Usage section with your remaining data, or check it in the AlfareedLine app.
Can I use one eSIM on more than one device?
Each eSIM works on one device at a time, but you can share its data with your other devices using hotspot.
