Welcome to AlfareedLine. AlfareedLine is a travel eSIM platform operated by Alfareed Digital \u2013 FZCO (“AlfareedLine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and AlfareedLine, and govern your use of our website, mobile application, and related services (together, the “Services”).<\/p>

By accessing, registering, or purchasing through the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Refund & Return Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.<\/p>

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. Rights and obligations that arose before closure \u2014 such as completed orders, payment obligations, and disputes \u2014 continue to apply as described in Section 10.<\/p>

1. Eligibility & Account<\/h2>

You must be at least 18 years old<\/strong> and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to create an account or make a purchase. The Services are not directed at minors.<\/p>

1.2 Registration & Verification<\/p>

To purchase an eSIM you need an AlfareedLine account. When registering, you agree to:<\/p>

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information, including a valid email address and mobile number.<\/li>
  • Verify your email address using the code we send you; your eSIM details are delivered to this email.<\/li>
  • Keep your login details and verification codes confidential and never share them with anyone.<\/li>
  • Notify us immediately at support@alfareedline.com of any unauthorized use of your account.<\/li><\/ul>

    1.3 \u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u062d\u0633\u0627\u0628<\/p>

    You are responsible for all activity under your account. AlfareedLine is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details or verification codes.<\/p>

    1.4 One Person, One Account<\/p>

    Each account is for one person. Creating multiple accounts to misuse promotions, avoid restrictions, or commit fraud is prohibited and may lead to cancellation of orders and closure of the related accounts.<\/p>

    2. eSIM Services<\/h2>

    2.1 What You Are Buying<\/p>

    AlfareedLine sells prepaid travel eSIM data plans<\/strong> for specific countries and regions. Each plan includes a set amount of mobile data and a validity period, as shown on the product page. Plans are data-only and do not include a local phone number, regular calls, or SMS. Internet-based calling and messaging apps can be used over the data connection.<\/p>

    2.2 Device Compatibility<\/p>

    Before purchasing, you must make sure your device supports eSIM and is not locked to a mobile carrier<\/strong>. Compatibility depends on the device model, region, and manufacturer settings, and any compatibility list we provide is for guidance only.<\/p>

    2.3 Delivery, Installation & Activation<\/p>

    • Your eSIM is delivered after successful payment as a QR code and installation details, sent to your verified email and available in your account.<\/li>
    • Each eSIM is intended to be installed on one device<\/strong>. Keep the QR code private \u2014 anyone who scans it may be able to install and use your eSIM.<\/li>
    • The validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in the destination<\/strong>, unless the product page states otherwise.<\/li>
    • You must enable data roaming on the eSIM line for it to connect abroad.<\/li>
    • If you delete the eSIM from your device, reinstallation may be possible depending on the network provider; please contact support before deleting it.<\/li><\/ul>

      2.4 Coverage & Speed<\/p>

      Service is provided through partner mobile network operators in each destination. Coverage, available technology (such as 4G or LTE), and speed depend on the local operator, your location, network load, and your device, and may be limited in remote areas, indoors, or while traveling. Network operators may apply their own network management or fair-usage practices. Personal hotspot (tethering) is permitted unless the product page states otherwise.<\/p>

      2.5 Top-Ups<\/p>

      Where available, you may purchase a top-up package for an eSIM you already own. A top-up is added to the same eSIM, can only be purchased from the account that owns that eSIM, and is subject to these Terms and our Refund & Return Policy in the same way as a new eSIM.<\/p>

      2.6 Lawful Use<\/p>

      You must use the eSIM in accordance with the laws of the destination country and the rules of the network operator. Use for unlawful purposes, spam, network attacks, or any activity that harms the network may lead to suspension of the eSIM without refund.<\/p>

      3. Use of Our Services<\/h2>

      3.1 Personal Use<\/p>

      The Services are provided for your personal use. Reselling, redistributing, or commercially marketing eSIMs purchased from AlfareedLine is not permitted unless you have a written partner agreement with us.<\/p>

      3.2 Prohibited Conduct<\/p>

      You agree not to:<\/p>

      • Violate any applicable law or the rights of others.<\/li>
      • Use stolen or unauthorized payment methods, or submit false or misleading information.<\/li>
      • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data, or interfere with the security or operation of the Services.<\/li>
      • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools without our written permission.<\/li>
      • Impersonate any person or entity.<\/li>
      • Abuse promotions, discount codes, or referral features.<\/li>
      • Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other users.<\/li><\/ul>

        Violation of these rules may result in cancellation of orders, suspension or closure of your account, and legal action where permitted under UAE law.<\/p>

        3.3 Accuracy of Information<\/p>

        You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and checkout, including selecting the correct destination and package. Providing false or misleading information may lead to order cancellation or account suspension.<\/p>

        4. Orders, Pricing & Payment<\/h2>

        4.1 Orders<\/p>

        An order is accepted once payment is successfully completed and the order is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation by email and, if you use our app, by notification. Please review your order details and contact support immediately if anything is incorrect.<\/p>

        4.2 Prices & Currency<\/p>

        Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Services, which may be set automatically based on your location or selected by you. If your card is in a different currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees, which are outside our control. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you complete your order.<\/p>

        4.3 Processing Fee<\/p>

        A payment processing fee may be added to your order and is shown separately at checkout before you pay. This fee is charged by the payment provider at the time of payment and is non-refundable in all cases<\/strong>, as stated in our Refund & Return Policy.<\/p>

        4.4 Payment Methods & Security<\/p>

        Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider using the methods shown at checkout (such as debit\/credit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). By submitting payment, you authorize the charge of the total amount shown, including any processing fee.<\/p>

        Card details are handled only by our PCI DSS-compliant payment provider. AlfareedLine does not store your full card number on its servers.<\/p>

        4.5 Errors in Pricing or Product Information<\/p>

        We work to keep product information, coverage details, and prices accurate, but errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with materially incorrect information, we may cancel the affected order before delivery and refund the amount paid to the original payment method.<\/p>

        4.6 Order Verification<\/p>

        To prevent fraud, we may hold an order and ask you to verify your identity or card ownership before delivery. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled and refunded as described in our Refund & Return Policy.<\/p>

        4.7 Refunds<\/p>

        Because eSIMs are digital products delivered instantly, completed orders are final. Refunds and replacements are available only in the cases set out in our \u0633\u064a\u0627\u0633\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u0627\u0633\u062a\u0628\u062f\u0627\u0644 \u0648\u0627\u0644\u0627\u0633\u062a\u0631\u062c\u0627\u0639<\/strong>, which forms part of these Terms.<\/p>

        5. Promotions & Discount Codes<\/h2>
        • Promotions and discount codes are subject to the conditions shown with each offer, such as eligible products, platform (website or app), validity dates, and usage limits.<\/li>
        • Some offers are limited to a customer’s first order<\/strong>. Eligibility is determined per customer, using account, email address, and mobile number.<\/li>
        • Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or transferred.<\/li>
        • We may modify or end any promotion at any time, and may cancel orders or discounts obtained through misuse, technical errors, or multiple accounts.<\/li><\/ul>

          If an order placed with a discount is refunded, the refund is limited to the amount actually paid.<\/p>

          6. Intellectual Property<\/h2>

          6.1 Ownership<\/p>

          All content on the Services \u2014 including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design \u2014 is owned by or licensed to AlfareedLine and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. The AlfareedLine name and logo are trademarks of Alfareed Digital \u2013 FZCO and may not be used without our prior written consent.<\/p>

          6.2 Limited License<\/p>

          We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal use. You may not:<\/p>

          • Copy, modify, republish, sell, or create derivative works from any content or source code.<\/li>
          • Use scraping, data mining, or automated methods to collect content.<\/li>
          • Use our trademarks or content for commercial purposes, or frame our content, without written consent.<\/li><\/ul>

            6.3 Copyright Complaints<\/p>

            If you believe content on the Services infringes your rights, email compliance@alfareedline.com<\/strong> with the subject “Intellectual Property Notice” and include:<\/p>

            • Your name and contact details.<\/li>
            • A description of the protected work and where the allegedly infringing material appears.<\/li>
            • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on their behalf.<\/li><\/ul>

              To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Because mobile service depends on third-party network operators, we do not guarantee uninterrupted coverage, a specific speed, or error-free operation in every location or on every device.<\/p>

              Our website and app may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or causes outside our control.<\/p>

              8. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>

              To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, AlfareedLine and its directors, employees, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or travel-related costs (such as missed connections or alternative communication costs), arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.<\/p>

              Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product that gave rise to the claim.<\/p>

              Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law, or any rights you have under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.<\/p>

              9. Indemnification<\/h2>

              You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlfareedLine, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services or an eSIM, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.<\/p>

              10. Suspension, Termination & Account Deletion<\/h2>

              10.1 By AlfareedLine<\/p>

              We may suspend or close your account, or cancel undelivered orders, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, initiate unjustified payment disputes, or threaten the security of the Services. Where reasonable, we will notify you, but we may act without prior notice in cases of fraud, security risks, or legal obligations.<\/p>

              10.2 By You<\/p>

              You may request deletion of your account at any time from the account settings in our app, where available, or by emailing support@alfareedline.com from your registered email address. Deleting your account does not cancel or refund eSIMs already delivered, and you may lose access to their details in your account, so please save any information you need first.<\/p>

              10.3 \u0622\u062b\u0627\u0631 \u0625\u0646\u0647\u0627\u0621 \u0627\u0644\u062e\u062f\u0645\u0629<\/p>

              On termination, your right to use the Services ends. We may retain order and transaction records as required for legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should continue \u2014 including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution \u2014 remain in effect.<\/p>

              11. Third-Party Services<\/h2>

              The Services rely on and may link to third parties, such as network operators, eSIM providers, payment providers, and app stores. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. AlfareedLine is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.<\/p>

              12. \u0627\u0644\u0642\u0648\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u0642\u0627\u0647\u0631\u0629<\/h2>

              AlfareedLine is not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:<\/p>

              • Outages or restrictions on mobile network operators’ or eSIM providers’ systems.<\/li>
              • Government actions, regulatory changes, or restrictions on telecommunications services.<\/li>
              • Natural disasters, pandemics, war, or civil unrest.<\/li>
              • Cyberattacks, power outages, or internet failures outside our control.<\/li><\/ul>

                We will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers and restore normal service as soon as possible.<\/p>

                13. Governing Law & Disputes<\/h2>

                13.1 Governing Law<\/p>

                These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.<\/p>

                13.2 Amicable Resolution<\/p>

                Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact support@alfareedline.com<\/strong>. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may submit a written objection to compliance@alfareedline.com<\/strong>, and we will respond within 14 business days of receiving complete information.<\/p>

                13.3 Jurisdiction<\/p>

                If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE, unless both parties agree in writing to refer it to arbitration in Dubai.<\/p>

                14. Changes to These Terms<\/h2>

                We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on our website and app with a new “Last Updated” date. Changes apply to orders placed after publication; orders already placed remain subject to the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.<\/p>

                If you continue to use the Services after the updated Terms are published, you accept them. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.<\/p>

                15. General Provisions<\/h2>
